Ingredients

Chicken breast boiled with water and salt
4 glasses chicken broth + 2 table spoons flour + 1 tea spoon black pepper
2 glasses corn
½ tea cup oil

Method of Preparation

Mince the corn in the rude cutter for onion cutter , then add the oil in the pot and add the onion and roasted , then add the flour , and the black pepper, stir it until its cooked with the chicken broth , and after it start boiling add the corn , stir it for five minutes , then cut the chicken into four pieces , add them in the pot for two minutes , then remove it away , and serve it hot.

Ingredients

7 pieces steak meet
1 onion sliced
2 lobs garlic sliced
1 big spoon ginger sliced
1 cold green paper sliced
1 glass purple cabbage sliced
2 rod green onion sliced
1 piece tomato sliced
2 big spoons ketchup
2 big spoons salt soya sauce
1 big spoon tomato paste
2 big spoons fine mince coriander
Salt
Black pepper
Oil

Spices for the steak
1 big spoon grounded coriander + 1 lug garlic shredded or mince+ 2 table spoons soya sauce+ 1 big spoon Chinese hot sauce + 1 tea spoon red pepper+ salt

Method of Preparation

Spice the steak well, then rape them in the plastic bag, and leave it in the refrigerator for one night, fried them in little oil quickly from the both sides then slice them to few pieces, roast the onion in the same oil, then add the ginger, the garlic, and the steak, add the tomato, the paste, the soya sauce, and the ketchup.
Add the onion slices and the paper.
In another pan stir the cabbage in little oil, and spoon of soya, and dash of black pepper, add the cabbage and mix it with the ingredients, and the coriander, and serve it.

2 rod green onion cut

Chicken drench ingredients
1 small spoon salt
1 small spoon sesame oil
1/4 small spoon sugar

For covering the chicken
1/2 glass flour
1 small spoon biking powder
1 egg
Salt
Oil

Sauce ingredients
3 big spoons honey
2 big spoons sugar
)Salt (as desire
2 big spoons ketchup
1 big spoon Chinese vinegar rice

Method of Preparation

Cut the chicken and drenched them for one hour, then mix the flour, the biking powder, the salt, dip the chicken in the egg, then in the flour until you finish it all, then deep fried them.
Mix the sauce ingredients and put it on the chicken until it start boiling, then turn it off,
Decorate it with sesame, green onion, and then serve it.

2 Chicken breasts boneless and cubs
2 red medium onions
2 green paper medium size
7 pieces fresh mushroom
2 big spoons soya sauce
1 big spoon pomegranate molasses
3 big spoons ketchup
1+1/2 big spoon honey
1 big spoon white vinegar
1 big spoon olive oil
1 glass water

Method of Preparation

Cut the Chicken into big cubes and do the same for the onion and the paper.
On Medium heat put a pan and add the Chicken with the olive oil and the vinegar with the water, and stir quickly.
Prepare the mixture of the honey, the soya and the pomegranate molasses, increase the oven heat and ads the onion, the paper, stir well then add the mushroom, and the honey mixture, and the soya stir them well then add the ketchup.
Add the nuts and stir well, and then add the rest of the ketchup, and little water if needed, serve it hot.
Its possible o makes the sauce more liquid with adding more water especially when you serve it with rice.

1 table spoon hot sauce

1/2 small spoon salt
1 small can mushroom
1 small bag pea
1 small can corn
1/2 glass hot water
1/2 small glass oil

Method of Preparation

Cut the hot paper, the garlic, the onion, and the ginger, heat the oil in a pot then add them with the hot sauce and the ginger, then add the chicken and stir for five minutes.
Then add the rest of the ingredients, while you keep cooking until all the ingredients evaporate and the chicken is done.
Serve it with Chinese rice or noodles.

Garlic rice Method:
Roast the Garlic in the oil and make sure have the same color, then add the rice and the water, keep it until it’s cooked, and serve it with chicken.

Method of Preparation

Boil the macaroni in water with little oil, and then keep the water on side so you can use it again.
Add little oil to the pot and put the onion and roasted a little, then add the garlic, and stir it, then add all the papers and stir them well, now add to it the macaroni water, then the soya sauce, stir well on low heat and leave it until the vegetables is cooked and the sauce becomes thick.
Add the coriander and stir it well, and remove it away from the oven.
Put the macaroni in a plate then the sauce with the vegetables on it the way you like.
