Ingredients
2 glass wheat flour + 1 glass margarine + 1 glass sugar powder
For service: semolina and roasted narjeel
Method of Preparation
Heat the margarine then roast the flour in it until it becomes gold color, then add the sugar on it, then stir again.
Put it in a small tray, and spread the surface with semolina and roasted narjeel
, and cut it before it becomes solid then serve it.
