Ingredients

GREEN PEELD APPLE (CRUNCHED)
2 (7-UP) CAN
LEMON
ORANGE
APPLE
1 GLASS WHOLE BLACK GRAPES
MINT LEAVES

Method of Preparation

Put the peels apples in the mixer , and the 7-up then put it in jack , then slice the lemon , orange and the apple to thin slices and add them to the juice and add the grape (as it is).and leave around half an hour so the taste will mix together .

Serve it in glasses and use a tongs to hold the FRUIT to divide them in the glasses, and add 2 peppermints for each glass

قاعدة التارت اخذتها جاهزة وهذي صورتها

الكاسترد اخذت طريقته من الTV

نخلط 5 صفار بيض مع كوب سكر ثم 3 ملاعق نشا

نسخن كوب ونصف حليب نصبه عليه ونرجع الخليط ع النارمع التحريك

قبل رفعه نضيف ملعقة زبدة وملعقة وفانيلا وملعقة كريمة سائلة

سويت نصف الكمية وبدل الكريمة السايلة خليت حليب شايالجيريا

فصل الصيف بحرارته ونحتاج لاشياء تبرد على القلب
مع موسم الفواكه بكثره
سلطة الفواكه

/ المقادير /

طبعا بيكون الفواكه المتوافره بالبيت / عصير مانجا اما المعلب او نسويه فى البيت
الفواكه (موز ، جواف ، مانجا ، عنب اخضر واسود ، خوخ ، خوجه ،تفاح احمر واخضر ، سفرجل، برتقال ، كيوي)

تغسل الفواكه وتقطع الى قطع صغيره حسب الرغبه
وتوضع بوعاء واسع مع قليل من عصير الليمون (حتى لا يسود لون الفواكه)
يوضع عصير المانجا وتدخل الثلاجه لحين تقديمها

وممكن تقدم مع كريما او قشطه
هذه صور قديمه لابد من وجودها فى الموضوع

بردوا على قلوبكم افيدوا أنفسكم بفائدتها
بالعافيه

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

مع قدوم فصل الصيف واجواء الحارة … نحتاج لتحلية بسيطة خفيفة سريعة

سلطة الفواكه ~ فروت سالاد

**نقطع الفواكه حسب الرغبة
انا استخدمت تفاح وفراولة وبرتقال

**نضيف سكر (لا نكثر) وبودرة جيلى او بودرة عصير لاعطاء نكهة وقوام
انا استخدمت بودرة تانج اناناس

**تقلب وتوضع فى الثلاجة على الاقل نصف ساعة وتغرف وتقدم باردة

ملاحظات هااااااااااامة

** نضيف اى سوائل لان الفواكه تنزل مائها ونحن لا نريد شوربة فواكه…هى سلطة فواكه

**طبعا نقشر كل الفواكه ونزيل البذور حتى ناكل ط¨ط´ظƒظ„ لائق

**البرتقال راااااائع بشرط ازالة الغلاف الشفاف حول كل فص واخذ الجزء الداخلى فقط حتى لا تعلق الالياف بين الاسنان وتسبب الضيق

**طبعا الموضوع الاساسى طريقة التقديم وكل اخت وابتكارها…انا ازلت لب البرتقال والتفاح بواسطة السكين الرفيع وملعقة

1 box ice cream (any kind of flavor)
1 box mix fruit ready (or fresh)
Concentrate beery juice (or strawberry sauce)

Method of Preparation

Put 1 table spoon of the ice cream on the bottom of the glass
Then the mix fruit add some strawberry sauce, Mango juice and decorate the glass with ice cream and the strawberry sauce

1 COFFE CUP NEDO POWDER
1 TEA CUP WATER (AND YOU CAN ADD MORE AS THE THIKNESS YOU WANT)
1 TEA SPOON JELLY POWDER
1 BANANA
¼ COFFE CUP SUGAR

Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together in the mixer, and add the water until you reach the thickness you want, then serves it.
