Ingredients
1 piece Potato
1 cans Yogurt
3 glasses White Flour
Salt + 1+1/2 glass Water
1 table spoon instant Yeast
Method of Preparation
Boil the potatoes, then smash it, add the yogurt, then the salt and the yeast, add the and the flour water, knead them until you have solid dough, leave it for 4 hours to fermentation .
Then start farm the luqymat, and deep fried them, after that put them in the shira.
