Ingredients
1/2 kg Small saber
2 lubes garlic
1 big spoon carry
1 small spoon dried coriander
1 small spoon hot sauce
2 potatoes cut
1 hot pepper
Salt
1 big spoon tomato paste
1 glass coconut milk
1 spoon margarine
Method of Preparation
Melt the margin in a pot, then add the leek, then the garlic, the tomatoes then stir well.
Then add the onion and stir , then add the pepper , and the coconut milk, add the potatoes after and cover the pot , leave it on low heat until it’s cooked , then serve it.
