Ingredients
1 Glass fine grit, washed and drenched in water for half an hour
1 piece Potatoes medium size Shredded + small Onion + Salt
Stuffing Ingredients
½ Kg minces Meat
Onion
Salt + Pepper + Spices
Method of Preparation
Mix the Grit with the other ingredients, then put them in the chopper, until you have dough.
Prepare the stuffing by putting the meat on the oven until the water is drain , then add the onion , the spices and the salt , stir well until they cook , then start shape the Kebab and use the oil so it will not stuck with your hands. Later fried them, and serve…
