Ingredients
First: Alou ingredients
2 pieces potatoes medium size boiled and smashed.
1 small onion mince
1 small spoon salt
1 small spoon cumin
1/2 small spoon turmeric
1/4 small spoon red grounded pepper
1/2 glass mince coriander
2 spoons mince parsley
Second: chicken carry Ingredients
2 slices chicken small pieces
2 spoons yogurt
1 big onion mince
3 Lube garlic smashed
1 big spoon minces coriander
4 spoons olive oil
1 spoon salt
1 spoon carry
1 spoon cumin grounded
1/2 spoon turmeric + cinnamon sticks
1/2 small spoon cumin grains
Method of Preparation
After you boil the potatoes, you smash it add all the ingredients and knead it well.
Roast the chicken in the oil then add the onion, the garlic, stir them well, then add the rest of the ingredients and leave it on low heat, and stir it well.
After you take the chicken from the oven, you prepare the plate, by taking around size of peach from the Alou and spread it slowly.
Put them in the cup cake tray and leave the middle empty, then add the chicken in the middle.
And go on until you finish all of them , then put them in hot oven turn from down for fifteen minutes , then roast them from up , in this way you will have the Indian cup aloe chicken carry like the one in the picture.
