CHEESEY WITH MINT
جبنية بالنعناع
Ingredients
½ Glass yogurts
½ Glass Oil
3 Table spoon Milk powder
½ Table spoon Biking powder
1 Table spoon Yeast
1 Glass Water
Little Salt + Sugar
3 Glasses Flour
Stuffing ingredients
¼ Kg white Cheese + Fresh MINT mince + Egg + Yogurt little
Mix them together and it has to be thick
Method of Preparation
Spread the dough as usual in a pan WITH 22cm diameter, put the stuff on it, then spread the sesame on it, put it inside the oven until it’s cooked.
It’s possible to do another shape fro the dough (Croissant) and stuff it WITH the same mixture…
