Ingredients
Spices spoon from (turmeric + cumin + paprika + grounded coriander + Carry + salt)
1 pieces garlic fine mince
2 onion mince
2 glass Chicken cut
1 green paper cut cubs
1 big cut tomato
Butter
1 glass cream
1 glass water
2 table spoons tomato sauce
Coriander mince
Method of Preparation
Melt the butter then add the onion, and stir well until the onion got the dark color.
Add the chicken cubs , stir well until they roasted, then add the tomatoes, then the spices, then the cut green paper , then the tomato paste, stir them well, then add the cream with cup of water , stir again on low heat until the vegetables and chicken is done .
Add the coriander and stir all for fife minuets then remove it away from the oven, and serve it with white rice.
