دجاج ماسالا
Ingredients
3 Chicken breast Boneless cubes, and spread with salt
Olive oil
2 rod cinnamon + cardamom grains
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 small spoons mince fresh ginger
1 small spoon dried grounded coriander
1 small spoon turmeric
1 small spoon red hot paper
1 table spoon paprika
1 small spoon Graham masala
1 table spoon tomato paste or can
2 yogurts
1/2 glass water
Method of Preparation
Cut the tomato into small cubes and the onion as well.
In a pan add the olive oil, the cinnamon rod, and the cardamom grains, stir them well, remove them away then add the onion, and stir it well, add the spices, the garlic, and the ginger, stir well then add the cut tomatoes, and tomato paste, add half glass of water, stir it, and keep it until it’s Cooke for few minutes.
When it’s cooked add the salted Chicken cubes and leave it to be cooked.
After that you add the yogurt and stir it, leave it for fife minuets on the oven, taste it if it needs to add more salt.
