(1/4 fagot Roca (only the leafs without cut
(1/3 red cabbage or the purple one (cut it sliced
1piece tomato sliced
3or redder radish sliced
1 orange squeezed
Few from the orange pulp
Method of Preparation
Wash the Roca well ,( and keep the leafs only),also the tomato ,Chinese cabbage ,Chinese lettuce ,radish , mix them together , and add the orange juice , and mix well , and serve it.
