Ingredients
1 glass yellow lentil
2 spoons smash garlic
4 spoons mince coriander
(Salt + turmeric + ginger + anise + carry (small spoon from each and you add more or less as desire

Method of Preparation
Boil the yellow lentil with water until it’s done, then add the spices and stir them well and leave it to boil for five minutes.
In a small pan add the butter and melt it then add the smash garlic, then the mince coriander, then serve it hot.
