Ingredients
½ Kg ready Konafa and knead with margarine
1 table spoon Corn flour
1 glass Milk
½ glass Oil or Margarine
Method of Preparation
For the Mouhalabia , milt the little from corn flour in the cold milk, then put the milk on the fire , when it start boiling add the corn flour , stir well , then paint a round pan with margarine , and put the half of the Konafa then cover it with the Mouhalabia you prepare it before ( you can add coconut or nuts to it), then add the rest of the Konafa, a let it cover all the surface ,, add some margarine on the surface , put it inside a hot oven until its roasted from up and down, then flow the shira on it..
