Ingredients

Lamb Meat sliced
1 medium onion cut into cubes
1 zucchini beeped cut into half circle
1 carrot cubes
1 cold paper big cubes
2 table spoons cooking oil
1 big spoon white vinegar

Sauce ingredients:
( 1/4 glass soya sauce + 4 big spoons white flour+ 3 big spoons sugar + 1/2 glass water + dash of salt + black pepper + and you can add sweet soya sauce instead of sugar)

Method of Preparation

Cut the Meat and flop it in the oil with spoon of the vinegar and little of water, cover it and leave it until it’s cooked.
