Ingredients
2 + ½ TABLE SPOON VEMTO
2+1/2 ORANGE OR MANGO TANG
2 TABLE SPOON SUGAR
2 GLASSES WATER
1 RED APPLE + 1 BANANA
1 SMALL GLASS LIQUID MILK + ICE CUBES
Method of Preparation
Peel the apple and the mango, and put them in the mixer with all the ingredients, mix them together. Serve it cold with ice cubes.
