ساموزا الخضار بعجينة هندية أصيلة
Ingredients
3 pieces potatoes
3 pieces carrot
1 glass pea
1/2 pieces Cold yellow paper
1 onion
1 small spoon ginger
Hot pepper as desire
3 big spoons coriander
1/2 small spoon salt
1 small spoon sugar
1 small spoon lemon
Dash of cumin
1 big spoon oil
Dough ingredients
1 kg flour
1/2 small spoon salt
1 small spoon lemon
Method of Preparation
Mix all the tough ingredients together, then add the warm water until you got the solid dough, then keeps it ton rest.
Cut the vegetables into cubs and boil them, add little amount of the oil and roast the onion in it , add the sugar , the ginger , and the hot paper , then add the rest of the vegetables , then add the lemon juice , the coriander , and keep the stuffing to cool down.
Cut the dough into balls, and spread out each one like Le anise bread, then cut it into half circles.
Close the opening edges like a cornet, then stuff it and close it from top with flour mix with water.
Deep fried them, and serve it hot.
