Ingredients
(Shrimp peeled (but keep the tail
(Soya sauce (to drench the shrimp
4 pieces dried red paper
1/2 glass peanut butter
1 lobe garlic mince
Small piece fresh ginger minces
Oil
2 rod green onion cut
Sauce
2 big spoons soya sauce
1 big spoon Chinese rice vinegar
Dash of salt
2 small spoons sugar
2 small spoons corn flour
Method of Preparation
Drench the Shrimp in the soya sauce for fifteen minutes, then put it in the refrigerator, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
Put the oil in span the roast the dried paper , then add the ginger after you remove the extra oil, then add the shrimp, and roasted for two minutes , then add the sauce until it start boiling , then add the green onion , and the peanut butter , turn the oven off , and serve it..
