دجاج تكا
Ingredients
(1): 4 chicken boneless breasts cut cubes+ 2 spoons vinegar + 1 big spoon mince garlic + 1 big spoon mince ginger + salt
(2): 1/2 tea cup yogurt + 1/4 tea cup cream + small can fine shredded chess + egg + big spoon corn flour+ 1 green hot paper + 2 big spoons mince coriander
Method of Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and keep it on side for 30 minutes then spice the chicken with it and keep it on side for three hours.
After three hours prepare the metal sticks for grill, turn the oven from up, and prepare a tray under it so the oven will not be fill with fat, and prepare these items:
Onion, tomato, green paper cut quarters, lemon, spices masala chat (as desire); put it when you serve it.
Arrange them on sticks as at the pictures….
Turn it from all sides until its roasted and done, and then serve it with any kind of rice (saffron rice).
