2 Glasses WHEAT (brown flour)
½ Glass Oil
3 Table spoon Corn Flour
Salt
¾ Glass Water
Staffing
White Cheese
Triangle CHEESE (or any kind of cheese)
Method of Preparation
Put the dough ingredients in the dough machine, first the dry stuff then the liquid stuff, or u can knead them by hand.
Knead well until you have the solid – soft pastry at the same time. Then divided into
Round, then cover it, and spread as the shape you want, and stuff it with the CHEESE you like…
After you finish cover it so it will not dry before you fried it.
Deep fried it in hot oil, and serve it…
