Carrot Soup with Orange

1 glass fresh Carrot juice
1 glass fresh Orange juice
1 glass Chicken broth
Big Carrot cut slices
¼ bar butter (25 g)
1 Garlic lube
½ glass Whipping Crème
Method of Preparation
Melt the butter in a pot, then add the sliced carrot, stir them , then add the garlic , stir them again for one minuets, then add the Carrot juice , the Orange juice, and the chicken broth, then stir the Soup , and leave it until its boiling, then ground it in the mixer until it becomes soft, serve it in the serving plates, and add the crème as topping..
