Ingredients

2 pieces potatoes sliced + onion sliced + oil+ 1/4 small spoon grains cumin +1/4 small spoon grains leek + few from black seeds + few from maters seeds + 1 big spoon grains fenugreek + 3 lobs smashed garlic+ piece of ginger cut like sticks+ little from coriander leafs + 1/4 small spoon turmeric + salt + little from masala chat spices + hot sauce as desire

Method of Preparation

Heat the oil in the pan and add the seeds (cumin, masters, and black seeds, h) stir them well for half minuet, then add the garlic, the ginger, and stir for minuet.
Add the onion, and stir until they got the gold color, then add the potatoes, coriander, and turmeric, add little water until the potato is done (around 25 minutes), then spread the masala on it and serve it.

Ingredients

2 onions sliced
4 pieces potatoes cubes
1 spoon carry spices
1 table spoon tomato paste mix with water
1/2 small spoon cumin
1 table spoon carry
Cardamom and carnation
1 lube smashed garlic+ fresh ginger smashed
1/2 glass water
Salt+ oil

Method of Preparation

In the preside pot add the oil, the cardamom, the coronation, and the cumin, then add the onion slices, and then later add the carry.
Later add the tomato paste and the water, still them well, then add the potato, stir well and close the pot from (5-10) minutes until the potato is cooked, then serve it.

Remarking: Alou masala is kind of slices of potato with onion ANS spiced with Indian spices

1/3 glass water
1/2 small spoon salt
4 table spoons oil
1 glass flour

Stuffing ingredients
1 pieces potatoes boiled and smashed
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon cumin grains
1/2 tea spoon Turmeric
2 table spoons cooking oil
1/2 tea spoon red hot pepper powder
5 rod green mince coriander

Method of Preparation

Mix all the stuffing ingredients together then ball them as 12 balls like the dough then spread out the dough on a service spread with flour and stuff them as follows:
Spread out each dough and on the top one potatoes ball, close the dough on the stuffing, then press on it to be like roll, continue all the rolls then arrange them in the tray, and it’s important to spread them with flour every other while so they will not stuck together .

Ingredients

First: Alou ingredients
2 pieces potatoes medium size boiled and smashed.
1 small onion mince
1 small spoon salt
1 small spoon cumin
1/2 small spoon turmeric
1/4 small spoon red grounded pepper
1/2 glass mince coriander
2 spoons mince parsley

Second: chicken carry Ingredients
2 slices chicken small pieces
2 spoons yogurt
1 big onion mince
3 Lube garlic smashed
1 big spoon minces coriander
4 spoons olive oil
1 spoon salt
1 spoon carry
1 spoon cumin grounded
1/2 spoon turmeric + cinnamon sticks
1/2 small spoon cumin grains

Method of Preparation

After you boil the potatoes, you smash it add all the ingredients and knead it well.
Roast the chicken in the oil then add the onion, the garlic, stir them well, then add the rest of the ingredients and leave it on low heat, and stir it well.
After you take the chicken from the oven, you prepare the plate, by taking around size of peach from the Alou and spread it slowly.
Put them in the cup cake tray and leave the middle empty, then add the chicken in the middle.
And go on until you finish all of them , then put them in hot oven turn from down for fifteen minutes , then roast them from up , in this way you will have the Indian cup aloe chicken carry like the one in the picture.
