Ingredients

1 glass Water
1 glass Flour
½ glass Milk powder
4 pieces triangle cheese
2 tea spoon Biking powder
Stuffing: Creme or cheese Kerri + shira + pistachio grounded for decoration

Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in the mixer , then grape a pan and put it in low heat , prepare the Atayef ingredients , and start flow it in the pan in small circles and when the bubbles start to show start to pull it up so it will not be roast from below, arrange them in plate , and after you finish start stuffing it with cheese or crème , deep fried them until it got the gold color, then put the shira on it, and spread the ground pistachio .

2 Table spoon Flour
¼ Glass whipping Crème
Onion medium size
3 Glasses Chicken broth
1 table spoon Butter
Parsley for decoration

Method of Preparation

Heat the butter and roast the onion and the Carrot in it, then spread the flour on the onion , Carrot , and stir until its color becomes gold , add the chicken broth , the salt , and the spices to the above mixture , leave it for 15 minuets , then add the crème to the soup, then mix it in the mixer . And serve it hot…

Shahi grounded Biscuit
1 cans concentrated Milk + 6 pieces Kerri cheese
2 Crème = 2 Dream whips + 1 Glass cold water
2 table spoons Gelatin + 1/3 glass Hot water
2 table spoons Coco powder
White and Black Chocolate shredded for Decoration

Method of Preparation

Mix the biscuit with the butter , arrange them in the tray that you can remove it , then mix the dream whip with the water , the crème and the cheese , then milt the gelatin , add it to the mixer , divide it into two half’s , flow half of it on the biscuit, put it in the freezer until its solid, then add to the other half the coco powder mix them well, and flow it on the white mixture , put it back into the freezer to be solid , then decorate it with shredded chocolate

Apple pie with Creme

Ingredients

Dough Ingredients
1+1/2 Glass Flour
½ Glass iced Sugar + Butter bar
1 Egg + ¼ tea spoon Salt

Stuffing Ingredients
3 Green apples + 2 table spoons Sugar
½ tea spoon Cinnamon + 2 table spoons Water
2 table spoons Lemon juice + 1 can crème

Method of Preparation

Peel the apples , and cut them into small pieces, put them in small pot , and add to them the sugar , the water , the lemon , the cinnamon , and leave them on low heat , when the water is drained , take out , and smash it with the fork leave it on side to cool down , then mix the flour with the sugar , and the salt , then add the butter , mix all of them with your hand together until the butter is melt with them , then add the egg, and knead them well. Divide the dough into small balls , and outspread it in the cake mold , and make holes by using the fork , add around one spoon from the apples inside the mould , then add the crème on it.
Then outspread the rest of the dough between two plastic pieces then cut it into round shape to covet the pies, and you can make an open hole on the top to decorate the pie, then bake the pies in the low heat oven for half an hour
Roast it little from top… then serve it…

Creme mushroom Soup

Ingredients

2 table spoon Flour
2 table spoon Butter
1 can mushroom
1 tea cup Crème
Chicken bone or chicken wings
Salt
White Pepper (as desire)

Method of Preparation

Boil the chicken bones , after you remove the fat from the surface , leave it for 3 minutes , then wash it , then add clean water on it, and the flavors ( onion + salt + carrot+ bay leaves + black pepper ) , leave it on low heat on the oven for an hour, then keep the broth from it.
Then put the butter on pan and add the flour stir it good for 30 seconds, then add the broth slowly (around 2+ ½ cups)
Then add the mushroom water on the mixture , then cut the mushroom into two half’s , and add it on the mixture , add the salt , and the white pepper ( as desire), stir good , then add the crème , and stir good .
Serve it and decorate it with the fine parsley…
