Ingredients

Lamb meet
2.5 cm ginger
4 big spoons oil
1 rod cinnamon
3 grains cardamom
2 bays leafs
1 onion mince
1 small spoon coriander powder
1 small spoon turmeric
1 small spoon hot sauce
2 small spoons tomato paste

Method of Preparation

Heat the oil in the pan then add the onion on it, the cinnamon, and cardamom, and coronation, bay leafs, stir them on the oven until its color changes to yellow.
