1 glass yellow lentil
2 pieces potatoes medium
1can mushroom
(Garlic, onion (both mince
1big tomatoes
(2glass chicken broth or meat broth (or magi cube
2 table spoon butter
1table spoon cumin, dash black pepper, 1small spoon turmeric, 2table spoons semolina, lemon juice

Method of Preparation

Put the garlic, the onion ,and the butter in a pot on oven until they cooked , then add the mushroom , stir them well, then add the potatoes, then the tomatoes, late until its done add the lentil, stir them well on low heat, then add the broth, cover it and leave it on low heat(about30 minuets), fife minutes before its done add the cumin, the black pepper, the turmeric, the debs, and the lemon juice, leave it on the oven , and you can serve it in two ways, you can mix it in the mixer and add half glass of sour crème , and return it back into the oven for three minutes , then serve it.

Ingredients

1 spoon oil or margarine
1 big onion fine sliced
2 lug smashed garlic
1 green hot paper cut
1/2 small spoon turmeric
1/3 glass red lentil
1 glass water
2 pieces tomatoes cut
2 spoons tomato paste
Salt
Lemon juice
2 pieces medium
1 carrot
Coriander leaves for decoration

Method of Preparation

Heat the oil in wide pan, roast the garlic , the onion , the paper and the turmeric , then add the Lentil , the water , and the tomato, leave it until it start boiling , then decrees the heat on it , cover it , and cook it until the water is absorbed.
Smash the lintel with the back of the wooden spoon, until you make it like thick sauce, then add the water, and mix it well.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and leave it on low heat for half an hour (you can add little water if the Lentil is thick).
Decorate it with coriander leaves, and then serve it.

(Salt + turmeric + ginger + anise + carry (small spoon from each and you add more or less as desire
