Spring onion or leek or green onion

Shredded carrot
You can add any kind of Vegetables as you want, like potatoes, coriander, dill.

Method of Preparation

Mix the flour with the spices, the yeast until you have liquid dough, leaves it for one hour.
Mince all the vegetables, mix them with the dough.
Deep fried them, and flop them so they will be cooked from all sides on medium heat, put them on blotter papers, and serve them…

Chicken breast ingredients
4chicken breasts boneless and sliced
2 pieces big onion sliced
1/2 big piece green cabbage sliced
1/2big piece red cabbage sliced
1/2piece yellow cabbage sliced
1/4glass fresh ginger sliced
3lubs garlic sliced
2 big table spoons tomato paste
Black pepper
Salt
Oil

Vegetables and soya ingredients
1/4 cabbage sliced
1big potato sliced
Pieces zucchini sliced
3 pieces baby carrot sliced
2rod celery sliced
Fagot fresh green peen sliced
5big spoons soya sauce
Black pepper
Salt
Oil
2 back Chinese macaroni
2big spoons sweet soya

Method of Preparation

Cut the vegetables sliced (red, green, yellow papers, zucchini, cabbage, carrot, potato, celery
To make the stew: roast the onion, the ginger, and the garlic, then add the chicken, the paper, then the tomato and the tomato paste, the salt, the black pepper, stir them together, during this time boil the macaroni, then filter it from water then return it back to the same pot then add the Chicken and the mixer, and cover it wells it well keep the heat inside it.

ساموزا الخضار بعجينة هندية أصيلة

Ingredients

3 pieces potatoes
3 pieces carrot
1 glass pea
1/2 pieces Cold yellow paper
1 onion
1 small spoon ginger
Hot pepper as desire
3 big spoons coriander
1/2 small spoon salt
1 small spoon sugar
1 small spoon lemon
Dash of cumin
1 big spoon oil

Dough ingredients
1 kg flour
1/2 small spoon salt
1 small spoon lemon

Method of Preparation

Mix all the tough ingredients together, then add the warm water until you got the solid dough, then keeps it ton rest.
Cut the vegetables into cubs and boil them, add little amount of the oil and roast the onion in it , add the sugar , the ginger , and the hot paper , then add the rest of the vegetables , then add the lemon juice , the coriander , and keep the stuffing to cool down.
Cut the dough into balls, and spread out each one like Le anise bread, then cut it into half circles.
Close the opening edges like a cornet, then stuff it and close it from top with flour mix with water.
Deep fried them, and serve it hot.

Ingredients

1k Shrimp small size
500 g scroll macaroni
Green paper sliced+ red paper sliced+ yellow paper sliced+ salt + black pepper
Grounded coriander 2lubs garlic + fine mince parsley
2bid spoons olive oil or cooking oil
Tomato paste+ sweet soya sauce+ salt soya sauce

For the grill vegetable sticks
Potatoes cubes+ tomatoes cubes + colored paper cubes + Shrimp + wooden sticks for grill

Method of Preparation

Boil the macaroni in the water with oil and salt, spice little from the Shrimp with salt ,pepper ,and parsley , fried them in the oil for five minutes, then add the color paper , then add the paste and the spices, and leave it on the oven until the Shrimp is cook, after that you add the macaroni and stir well .
Start stick the rest of the potatoes, the tomatoes, the Shrimp in the wooden sticks, and you can grill them in the oven or on the electronic grill.
Flow it in the serving plates with the grilled sticks, and serve it hot.
