Ingredients

500g small shrimp peeled, cleaned, and washed
3 rod green onion sliced into circles
Pieces carrot cut into small cubes
1 small glass pea
1/2 tea cup cooking oil +1tea spoon salt
1 small spoon garlic powder
1 tea spoon turmeric+1table spoon grounded ginger

Rice ingredients
1+1/2 glass basmati rice
1 table spoon salt
7 grains cardamom
1/2 tea cup cooking oil Boiling water

Method of Preparation

Wash the rice good with hot water few times, then drench it in hot Waterford 15 minutes, then wash it again with hot water and drain it.
Bring the pressure pot and add the rice, the oil, the salt, and the cardamom. add the hot water to it until it will be around one cm above the rice, then cover it good, and put it on high heat until you hear the weasel voice, the you decrease the heat and leave it from 5-7 min.
During that time prepare a big oven pan add the green onion in it and the oil and stir it for two minutes.
Add the shrimp to the onion and stir them for another two minutes.
Remove the rice away and leave it on side for ten minutes until it absorb the water well before you open the cover.
Add the carrot, the pea to the shrimp, and stir them, then add half cup of boiled water to the shrimp, the salt, the ginger, the garlic, and the turmeric stir them well.
You fried the egg, the carrot, the garlic, and the onion, stir them well, then add the shrimps and stir them well,

Cover the pan with another one at the same size or by aluminum foil, so the steam will not be out, and leave it on low heat for 10 minutes to absorb the water, and then remove it, and this how it looks after ten mentis.
Remove the cover and how is the rice look.
Remove the heal from the rice , then add it to the shrimp mix , and stir good so the shrimp will be mix with the rice , put it in the serving plate and serve it..

التتبيلة ::
100جرام زبدة
100مل زيت
عصير 2 ليمون
2 فص ثوم مجروش

زبدة الثوم
125 جرام زبدة
2 فص ثوم مجروشة
2/1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
2/1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل اسود

زبدة الليمون
125 جرام زبدة
2 ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون
فص ثوم مجروش
/1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
2/1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل ابيض

الطريقة ::
شقي الجمبري من الظهر ويزال العرق الاسود
اغسلي الجمبري جيدا بالماء البارد
صفي الجمبري في صينية بحيث يكون الجهة المشقوقة في الاعلى
اخلطي مقادير التتبيلة ثم ضعيها على نار هادئة الى ان تسخن ثم تصب فوق الجمبري وتترك لمدة ساعة
خدي مقدار من التتبيلة من الصينية لدهن الوجه من فترة لفترة
ضعي الصينية تحت الشواية لمدة 3-4 دقائق للجهة مع دهن التتبيلة على وجه الجمبري من فترة لفترة
ندما يتغير لون الجمبري ( اعرفي انه استوى ) يقدم على طول من الشوية للطاولة
لعمل زبدة الثوم
سخني الزبدة ويخلط معها بقية المقادير
لعمل زبدة الليمون
سخني الزبدة ويخلط معها بقية المقادير
تقدم في صحون صغيرة بجانب الجمبري

To close the rolls: 3 table spoons flour with water

Method of Preparation

Put in n a pan little oil, then add the onion and stir them for five minutes, then add the cabbage on it with the carrot and stir them well , then add the shrimp, the magi cube , leave it until the water is absorbed, then add the soya sauce and stir well , put the mixer in the filter pot because it’s important that the mixer is dryad cool, then stuff the Spring rolls and close the edges with the water and the flour you mix them together, deep fried them , and serve it…

(Carrot + paper + onion + fresh peeled ginger) cut it all medium sliced
1 table spoon soya sauce
1 glass water+ magi cube + 1 table spoon corn flour

Method of Preparation

Wash the fish and the shrimp well, then spice them with (salt+ yogurt+ spices+ garlic+ coriander fine mince+ little mint) put it in the refrigerator for one hour, then dip them in the flour, then directly deep fried them then make the oven low heat, leave it for ten minutes, flop on the other side and keep it for another ten minutes then take it out.
Add little oil then add the onion , stir it well then add the vegetables (Carrot + paper + onion + fresh peeled ginger) and the soya sauce, then add the (1 glass water+ magi cube + 1 table spoon corn flour), stir them well until its done then serve it.

Ingredients

1/2 kg shrimp
4 slices can pineapple squires
1 rod green onion small cut
1/2 piece green paper sliced
1/2 pieces red paper sliced
1/2 pieces yellow paper sliced
(1/2 half broccoli cut (flowers only
1 piece tomato cubs
2 pieces hot paper small pieces
Baby corn
3 lugs garlic
1 small spoon salt agent motto
1/4 glass vinegar
1/4 glass sugar
2 spoons corn flour mix in a glass of water
2 spoons tomato paste mix with half glass of water
Dash of black pepper
Olive oil

Method of Preparation

Prepare the dish ingredients as follow
Spice the shrimp that you wash with salt, black pepper, then garlic and ginger.
Fried them for 5-7 minutes, then remove them from the oil, keep it on side, you will see rest of the garlic , the ginger, and oil, then add all the paper kinds then the broccoli, then the tomato , stir them well .
At the same pan you add the tomato paste , the vinegar, the sugar, the corn flour, the soya sauce , and angino motto, stir them on high heat until it start thick then add back the shrimp, and he vegetables .
Add the pineapple, the green onion to the sauce in the pan, and mix it for 5-10 minutes.
