Ingredients

1 kg Kofta meets spices and parsley and onion
7 onion slices
1 kg tomatoes peeled and squares
1 big spoon tomato paste
1 big spoon ketchup

Method of Preparation

Prepare the Kofta with onion and parsley , shape it like tall fingers using your hands, arrange them in a tray covered with cooking oil, then put it in the oven , then bring the onion slices and roast them in the oil

then add the tomatoes an d cut them, put them on the onion, and add little of the tomato paste, and little from the ketchup, keep it until it start being thick, then take the Kofta out of the oven after it’s done, then flow all the mixture on it to cover it, and return it back in the oven for half an hour or on the fire for fifteen minutes.
Serve it with white rice…

1/2 glass rusk+2 eggs
1/4 glass low fat mayonnaise
1smal table spoon Carry +Dash pepper
2tabls spoons chicken broth or magi cube melt in warm water
1small table spoon mustard
Cooking oil
Dash coriander for decoration

Method of Preparation

Boil the chicken breast and flak it, mix them with the mayonnaise and the mastered, the carry, the egg, and the spices, the Rusk, mix them well, and finally you add the chicken, roll them like burgers, put them in the refrigerator so they will hold together, deep fried them, and decorate them with coriander.

Ingredients

1/2 kg mince Lamb meat + 1 big spoon mince garlic+ 1 big spoon mince ginger + mince hot green paper + 1 small spoon hot graham masala spices + 4 big spoons chickpeas + 1 small spoon grounded coriander + 1 small spoon hot powder + salt + oil for roasting + masala chat for serving.

Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together, and knead well, then make equal balls from them, put them in the steam pot after you spread little oil in it.
Or you can use the pressure pot, cover it and leave it for fifteen minutes until it’s done, then take out the Kofta slowly, and before you serve them, heat little the oil in a pan a fried the Kofta and you can just steam them, and then serve them…
