3 TABLE SPOON MANGO ICE CREME

Method of Preparation

Cut the MANGO into square pieces, and then add the ¾ quantity from the MANGO inside the blender WITH the milk and the crème.
Add serve it by adding the rest of the MANGO cubes to the glasses. Decorate it WITH pistachio and mango.

1 1/2 كأس ماء
4 ملاعق طعام سكر
1 ملعقة طعام حليب بودره

ثمرة مانجا تقشر وتقطع مكعبات صغيره

/الطريقه/

تغسل المانجا جيدا تقشر وتقطع
تخلط جميع المقادير مع بعضها البعض
يصب العصير فى كؤؤس التقديم وتزين بمكعبات المانجا

Ingredients

1pice of big mango
½ glass cold milk
1 table spoon sugar
1 table spoon yogurt
2 table spoon vanilla ice cream


Method of Preparation

Smash the Mango with fork, mix the sugar yogurt and milk together in the mixer,
then add the smash Mango and the ice cream and mix together.
Put the cocktail in the refrigerator until you serve it cold.

2 Chicken legs boneless and cut
1 pieces green paper sliced
3 pieces carrot sliced
1 can mango
Onion cut cubs
1 big spoon soya sauce
Salt+ black pepper
2 small spoons corn flour

Sauce ingredients:
1 glass tomato paste
5 big spoons vinegar
3 table spoons sugar
1 table spoon oyster sauce
1 table spoon corn flour
1 big spoon soya sauce

Method of Preparation

Mix the Chicken with one spoon soya sauce, salt, black pepper, and corn flour well.
In a pan add little oil, then put the Chicken and flop it so it will be cooked, take it out then add the onion, the paper the carrot stir them for five minutes, then add the Chicken you do it before, and add the mixture, stir them well, then add the water that is inside the mango juice, leave the vegetables until they done, add the magi pieces at the end, serve with rice Thai..

Ingredients

2 pieces mushy Mango
1 Orange juice + ½ Lemon (squeeze)
1/3 glass Sugar
4 envelopes Dream whip
½ glass cold liquid Milk
Mango cubes for decoration

Method of Preparation

Mix the orange juice with the lemon and sugar in a medium bowel , then stir the mixture until the sugar is melt, then peel the Mango , and chop it into medium pieces , then add the Mango to the mixture , and smash the Mango , then whip the dream whip with the cold milk until pup up , then add to the Mango mixture , mix it with mixer , until they melt well , and start being like crème , then divide it in the serving cups , put it in the refrigerator for an hour , and when you serve it decorate it with Mango cubes on the surface , and serve it cold..

Ready Mango juice
1 box ice cream (any kind of flavor)
1 box mix fruit ready (or fresh)
Concentrate beery juice (or strawberry sauce)

Method of Preparation

Put 1 table spoon of the ice cream on the bottom of the glass
Then the mix fruit add some strawberry sauce, Mango juice and decorate the glass with ice cream and the strawberry sauce

Ingredients

2big Pieces Mango
1 Big Box Yogurt (500g)
1 Coffee Cup Sugar
½ Glass of Fresh Milk
6 Grains Ground Cardamom

Method of Preparation

Peel the MANGO and cut it into medium size pieces, add it to the mixer with all ingredients, mix them together. Put it in the refrigerator until you serve it .Add tang orange JUICE as topping with peach slices or any other fruit.

آيسكريم ال Mango من نونو موون 2024.

آيسكريم المانجو لذيذ وبطريقه سهله
ممكن نستبدله بالفراوله او التوت

/ المقادير /

½ علبة حليب مركز محلى
¾ كاس حليب بودره
½ لتر ماء
ملعقة طعام نشأ تذوب مع قليل من الماء
2 مانجا طازج مهرووس
¼ كاس سكر

/ الطريقه /
يذوب النشأ مع قليل من الماء
يخلط كل من الحليب المركز ، الماء ، حليب البودره، السكر ويوضع على النار مع التحريك بين فتره وأخرى
بعدها يضاف النشأ مع التحريك المستمر ويترك ليغلى قليلا ويبعد من على النار ويترك ليبرد
تتقطع المانجا وتهرس ويخلط مع الخليط السابق ثم تخلط بخلاط العصير(إذا عندكم ماكينة الآيسكريم بعد يكون افضل لكنى ما اعطل نفسي)

وتدخل الثلاجه من فوق وتترك لتجمد ومن ثم تعاد الخلط بخلاط العصير ويترك ليجمد فى الفريزر مدة 8 ساعات

بعدها تقدم
