Ingredients

3 pieces fish
2 glass basmati rice
2 small ht green papers
1 big onion
2 lubes garlic
1/2 green cold paper
4 spoons yogurt
2 tea spoons shredded ginger
1 bay leafs (as desire)
3 small spoons carry + 1 small spoon cumin grains grounded + masala spices for Fish with rice
Salt oil
(Spices for the Fish (cumin+ hot red pepper powder Fish masala spices

Method of Preparation

Spice the fish, then fried them in the oil, remove it out of the oil, and then add the rest of the ingredients at the same oil.
Cut the onion slices, and roast them, then cut the paper into medium cubes and add it to the onion and the mince garlic.
Cut the hot paper into small pieces then add it to the ginger and the yogurt, then add the spices, the salt, and the bay leaf.
Boil the rice in water with little oil, then add it to the yogurt mixer, then put layer of the rice then layer of the fried Fish , then another layer of the rice, leave it on low heat for ten mines, decorate t and serve it..

(Carrot + paper + onion + fresh peeled ginger) cut it all medium sliced
1 table spoon soya sauce
1 glass water+ magi cube + 1 table spoon corn flour

Method of Preparation

Wash the fish and the shrimp well, then spice them with (salt+ yogurt+ spices+ garlic+ coriander fine mince+ little mint) put it in the refrigerator for one hour, then dip them in the flour, then directly deep fried them then make the oven low heat, leave it for ten minutes, flop on the other side and keep it for another ten minutes then take it out.
Add little oil then add the onion , stir it well then add the vegetables (Carrot + paper + onion + fresh peeled ginger) and the soya sauce, then add the (1 glass water+ magi cube + 1 table spoon corn flour), stir them well until its done then serve it.

4 spoons mince xxx+ 3 lugs mince garlic+ 2 spoons tomato paste+ 2 spoons soya+ 1 lemon squeeze
1/4 glass olive oil + 1/4 spoon cardamom + 1/4 spoon cumin + coriander mince+ grounded black pepper + paprika + salt ( as desire) + 2 spoons corn flour stir them in water , mix all together.

Method of Preparation

spice the fish pieces for fifteen minutes or half an hour, spread big pieces of cabbage in a try with fine slices of onion , then add the fish on it then put the fish on it, put it in the oven and roast it from the both sides .
The cabbage pieces will be have the sauce flow on it from the fish, then add the lettuce slices, and purple cabbage, and pieces of xx then spread the roasted sesame on the top of the fish, and put roasted onion on the rice, and serve it.

Mix all the ingredients, then dip the fish in it, and keep it in the refrigerator for two hours or more, after that deep fried them.
Serve it with salad and bread, or with rice (as desire).

Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together, and knead with little water until you got the soft and solid dough, then leaves it for an hour.
After that spread it and cut it into circles one c.m thickness , then deep fried it in hot oil until it’s roasted , then cut it from the edge and stuff it with any kind of your favorite stuffing like cheese and parsley , or chicken with mayonnaise ..
