Ingredients

1glass boiled shrimp
1glass green onion (fine mince) +pieces boiled potatoes peeled and smashed
1coffee cup soya sauce +Scrambled eggs
Rusk Toast bread cut into small pieces +cooking oil

Method of Preparation

Mince the boiled shrimp in the mixer, then add the green onion, the smashed potato, the shrimp, and the soya sauce, mix them with your hand, make them like balls, hen dip them in the eggs, then in the Rusk, then in the egg, then in the toast, fried them in hot oil from all sides until they got the gold color, then serve them.

Ingredients

Mince meat cooked with mince onion mince lube of garlic+ dash of salt+ 1/4 spoon grounded black pepper
3 table spoons coriander mince roll them like a small balls then dip them in the flour and cover it from all sides, then fried it
Spagitti macaroni + carrot fingers+ green pea cut from the middle+ cold paper sliced+ cabbage medium sliced + zucchini cut like triangles
Fine sliced onion+ 3table spoons soya sauce+ 4tabe spoons ketchup+ +1/2glasswater melt in it 2table spoons corn flour

Method of Preparation

First boil the macaroni in water with salt(as desire) and one cube meet, then stir the onion with little oil, add to it the cabbage , the carrot, the paper, and the zucchini stir them for two minutes, then spice it with 1/4 spoon of black pepper ,dash of salt, and quarter spoon of grounded cumin ,and mince coriander , add four spoons of the ketchup , the three spoons of soya, and the water with corn flour in it, stir them well so it well mix good together for two minutes, then add the boiled meat balls, then the boiled macaroni, stir them for two minutes, then serve it.

حلى ظƒط±ط§طھ ط¬ظ„ط§ط¨ جانبو

Ingredients

2 glass powder milk
1/2 glass fine semolina
3 spoons flour
1 small spoon biking powder
Egg+ 3 spoons liquid milk + small spoon water rose + small spoon vanilla + 3 spoons cream + 3 spoons butter

Stuffing ingredients: 2 glass narjeel + 1/2 big can sweated milk

Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients above until they mix well the mixer or manually until you got the solid dough.
Though piece of the dough and stuff it with the stuffing, then close it and round it like a ball until you finish it all.
Fried them in deep oil on very low heat while you stir until they are ousted.
You prepare the syrup before with cardamom grains and very hot, and one minute before you remove it away add the dash of saffron and spoon of water rose , and directly after you take the balls out of the oil dip them in the syrup and leave it for fife minuets.
Then serve it in a bowl and fill the half of it with syrup.
Decorate the survive with narjeel and pistachio.

Black pepper+ salt +cumin
Chider chess
For dressing: white flour+ egg+ crone flex

Method of Preparation

Wash the rice and boil it in hot water, and leave it on low heat until it absorbs the water, then add the pepper, the cumin, and the salt, and mine it.
Cut the chess into small squares, take small amount of the rice and dig in the middle of the chess and put it there, close it and roll it, until you finish the amount. Roll them in the flour, then in the egg, then in the grounded crone flex, and deep fried them, then serve it.

1 Can Cheese chider cut it into squares?
Lotus + Parsley mince
Rusk
Cooking Oil

Sauce Ingredients

2 Table spoon liquid cheeses
1 Table spoon Mayonnaise

Method of Preparation

Shred the boiled potatoes, and divided into small Balls , spread each ball and stuff it with the shedder cheese , and cover it, and give it the ball shape , and make sure it is round and soft, then dip it in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the Rusk , and deep fried them until it got the gold color, arrange them in the serving plate and put under them the lotus and the parsley .
Mix the sauce ingredients together and flow it over the salad.

2 box of Rehash with pistachio
1 cans Creme
600g white Chocolate
1 table spoon liquid Vanilla
Topping
500g pure brown chocolate + 100g white chocolate

Method of Preparation

Put the Rehash with crème on the fire , stir them until the Rehash is melt, then add the white chocolate, and the vanilla, stir until the mixture becomes smooth, and have a solid dough, then put it in the refrigerator to be solid, grape a pan , and cover it with butter papers , round the dough into small Balls , arrange it in the pan , put it in the refrigerator, then melt the brown chocolate in water steam, and dip the Balls into it, and put back in the refrigerator until its frizzed, them melt the white chocolate and make strips with it over the Balls , then return them back into the refrigerator until they becoming solid.

Ingredients

3 Glasses small Macaroni
½ Kg mince Meat cooked with onion, salt, black pepper, cumin, and dill.
2 Eggs + Rusk

Béchamel Sauce: ½ glass Oil + 8 table spoons Flour + 5 glasses liquid Milk
Salt + Black pepper + Cumin


Method of Preparation

Boil the Macaroni in water with salt inside it , drains it and wash it , and keep it on side, then add the cooked meat to the Macaroni , mix them well , put the oil on the oven then add the flour , stir for two minutes , then add the milk , and stir again until it start boiling , then flow it on the macaroni, and mix it well together , then start rounding them in size of the walnuts, dip then in the egg , then in the Rusk , arrange them in the tray , put them in the refrigerator for one hour so they will become solid , after that deep fried them , and serve it…
