Ingredients

1 spoon oil or margarine
1 big onion fine sliced
2 lug smashed garlic
1 green hot paper cut
1/2 small spoon turmeric
1/3 glass red lentil
1 glass water
2 pieces tomatoes cut
2 spoons tomato paste
Salt
Lemon juice
2 pieces medium
1 carrot
Coriander leaves for decoration

Method of Preparation

Heat the oil in wide pan, roast the garlic , the onion , the paper and the turmeric , then add the Lentil , the water , and the tomato, leave it until it start boiling , then decrees the heat on it , cover it , and cook it until the water is absorbed.
Smash the lintel with the back of the wooden spoon, until you make it like thick sauce, then add the water, and mix it well.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and leave it on low heat for half an hour (you can add little water if the Lentil is thick).
Decorate it with coriander leaves, and then serve it.

2 can Tomatoes or (fresh tomatoes)

Method of Preparation

Cut the Chicken into medium cubes, then crash the tomatoes , wash the seeds , then put the water on the fire until it start boiling, then add the spices until the water color change , then add the Chicken and the tomatoes spread little salt , cover the pot , and leave it until the Chicken and the Rice is cook , and don’t forget to stir them , then flow the Soup in the bowel, and decorate it with coriander leafs or parsley , serve it hot..

Put all the ingredients in a pot (except he corn flour and the egg white) , leave until it starts boiling , then add the cornflower , and stir it quickly , when the Soup start being thick remove it away from the oven , and add the egg white, stir quickly, then return it back on low heat for few minutes, and serve it..

4 pieces Carrot cubes
¾ Glass Peas
5 rod Green Onion chopped
1 Pack Indomie with the spices inside it
½ Glass Milk melt inside it
1 table spoon Cornflower

Method of Preparation

Boil the vegetables, then add the Indomie (with its spices) after u break it into small pieces, and leave it for a while until it’s done.
Then add the milk and the corn flour, stir well, then add the onion, and serve hot

Melt the butter in a pot, then add the sliced carrot, stir them , then add the garlic , stir them again for one minuets, then add the Carrot juice , the Orange juice, and the chicken broth, then stir the Soup , and leave it until its boiling, then ground it in the mixer until it becomes soft, serve it in the serving plates, and add the crème as topping..

Deep fried the chicken and t he meat , with the onion , the garlic , the spices in the oil, then add the rest of the ingredients , and stir , then add the pea and stir again , ad d the tomatoes after you crushed them , then add the 3 glasses of water , cover the pot , after they are cooked , take the chicken and the meat out , then ground the broth in the mixer ( prefer the manually one) , decorate it with the coriander .. And serve it hot…

Ingredients

2 table spoon Flour
2 table spoon Butter
1 can mushroom
1 tea cup Crème
Chicken bone or chicken wings
Salt
White Pepper (as desire)

Method of Preparation

Boil the chicken bones , after you remove the fat from the surface , leave it for 3 minutes , then wash it , then add clean water on it, and the flavors ( onion + salt + carrot+ bay leaves + black pepper ) , leave it on low heat on the oven for an hour, then keep the broth from it.
Then put the butter on pan and add the flour stir it good for 30 seconds, then add the broth slowly (around 2+ ½ cups)
Then add the mushroom water on the mixture , then cut the mushroom into two half’s , and add it on the mixture , add the salt , and the white pepper ( as desire), stir good , then add the crème , and stir good .
Serve it and decorate it with the fine parsley…

1 glass shrimp, clean and washed
1 onion medium size, fine sliced
¼ tea spoon white pepper
2 glasses cold water (don’t use the hot water so the Soup mixture will not be lumping

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion in the oil , then add the Shrimp , stir for five minutes , then add the two Soup envelopes to the cold water stir them well, then add it to the Shrimp on the oven , stir it good , and leave it on the oven for ten minutes add a dash of the white pepper.
Serve it after you decorate the surface with the green coriander.
