Ingredients

2 Cans Tuna
1 Pieces Cucumber cut it into cubes
1 small Tomatoes cut it into cubes
Green paper cut it into cubes
3 rod Green Onion sliced
½ Glass black olives
Carrots shredded
3 leafs lettuce fine slices

Salad dressing

3 table spoon Olive oil
2 table spoon lemon sauce
1 table spoon Veneer
Salt + Black pepper

Method of Preparation

Mix the cucumber with the tomato, the green paper, the onion, and the olives , mix the dressing sauce , and add it to the SALAD immediately before you serve it , add the lettuce in the serving ball and add the SALAD on it , and serve it..

Ingredients
2 pieces Cucumber
Onion
1 Tomato big
2 leafs from the American Lettuce
5 pieces from the regular Lettuce
½ yellow Lemon
1 small spoon Mayonnaise
1 medium Salt
1 Glass boiled Macaroni
1can Tuna
Coriander (as desire)

Method of Preparation

Cut the onion, tomato, and the cucumber into circles , and cut the Lettuce with your hands, after you boil the MACARONI add it to chopped ingredients, and add a whole rod from coriander mix all with the mayonnaise , salt, tuna, and the lemon, then serve it..

المقادير :
4 حبات طماط
4 حبات خيار
4 عروق يصل اخضر
2 ملعقه كبيره زيتون اسود بدون بذور
2 ملعقة كبيره زيتون اخضر بدون بذور
2 شريحه من خبز التوست
نصف علبه او ما يقارب كوب من جبنة فيتا
1 ملعقه طعام حبق
نصف كوب بقله مورقه
نصف كوب صعتر مورق

الطريقه :

_تقطع الطماط والخيار وجبنة الفيتا الىمكعبات متوسطه الحجم .
_ يقطع الزيتون الى نصفين
_ يقطع خبز التوست المكعبات صعيره وتحنص في الفرن حتى يشقر .
_ تفرم اوراق الحبق فرما خشنا
_تخلط الطماط مع الخيار و الزيتون والخبز والحبق والجبنه والبصل الاخضر المفروم و البقله و الصعتر الاخضر .
ويضاف عليه قليلا من زيت الزيتون.

Butter
1/2 small spoon cumin grains
Hot dried red paper
1 spoon carry spices
1 onion
Cabbage
1 carrot
1/2 small spoon salt
Lemon squeeze

Method of Preparation

Cut the onion slices, then shredded the carrot and the cabbage.
Roast the cumin grains and he hot dried paper with butter , then add the onion slices , and stir them for two minutes, add the cabbage and the carrot , stir them until the cabbage is soft, then add the salt, the lemon juice , and the carry spice, then serve it.

Few from the orange pulp

Method of Preparation

Wash the Roca well ,( and keep the leafs only),also the tomato ,Chinese cabbage ,Chinese lettuce ,radish , mix them together , and add the orange juice , and mix well , and serve it.

2 pieces lemons

Method of Preparation

Cut the tomatoes, the onion, and the cucumber into cubes, then adds the mint to the chopped vegetables
Add to the mixture the oil, and the salt.

1/2 yellow paper cut into sliced
1/2 green paper cut into sliced
1/4 red cabbage cut into sliced
1/4 Chinese cabbage cut into sliced
1/2 fagot broccoli only the flowers
1/2 can baby corn
1/2 lemon squeezed

Method of Preparation

Boil the broccoli in the water for two menits then chop the vegitables, the brocolli, and the corn. Boil the macaroni until it’s cooked, then add the lemon, mix all together, and then serve it.

Cara membuat

Taruh Lombok di dlm plastic selama 5menit.tutup rapat sampai berkerengat lalu taruh dlm air dingin biar mudah di kupas kulitnya .lalu dipotong sama timun .
Siapkan piring kidangan atur daun khas lalu daun baktunis dadi atasnya ditaruh paprika bakar dan masukan ayam
Tumis bawang putih dgn mentega dan masukan wijen sampai merah dan masukan magi,kecap dan grarm lalu diangkat lalu di siram di atas salad
Cara hias( sesuka selera)
Potong temun 4bagian2 trakher dilobangkan bentuk panci dan taruh saos dalmnya dan letakkn saos di piring dgn salad.

Cara membuat

Rebus kentang dan wortel .telor dipotong kecil 2. Campur semua bahan lalu masukan air lemon dan mayonaes diaduk jadi satu .siap untuk di hidangkan.
