20 Lembar Spring rolls
1wortel sedang diparut
1/4cup kupis dipotong tipis2
1/4cup biji Capri direbus
1/4cup jagung direbus
1/2bawang merah sedang dicing cang halus
1/2 dada ayam dicing cang halus
4sm minyak jagung
1roll buder sairiyah direbus
1/2st ajino moto
1st garm
1/2st merica
1telor
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara membuat

Tumis bawang,kubis,dan worteldgn4sm minyak dan diaduk selama 2 menit dan ditambah ayam dan diaduk lalu masukan gagun ,Capri,sairiyah,merica hitam,garmdan aduk2,lalu diangkat dan ditinggal sampai dingin.ambil 1sm isi dimasukan ked lm Spring roll lalu dilepat dan dilem dgn telor atau trigu dgn air.
Goreng dgn menyak yg banyak .dihidangkan dgn kentang goreng dan tometo kecap.

Ingredients

20 pieces spring rolls
1 medium carrot peeled and shredded
1/4 glass cabbage cut into fine slices
1/4 glass boiled pea
1/4 glass boiled corn
1/2 medium onion fine mince
1/2 chicken breast
4 table spoons cooking oil
1round vermicelli
(1/2tea spoon Chinese salt (ageno motto
1/2 small spoon white pepper
1 egg to close the dough
Cooking oil

Method of Preparation

Boil the chicken breast and fine mince it, then keep it on side.
Broke the vermicelli into medium pieces then boils it, filter it and keep it on side.
Grape a pan and put the onion, the cabbage , the carrot ,and 4 table spoons cooking oil, stir them well for two minutes , then add the chicken and stir again , then add the corn, the pea, the vermicelli , the pepper , and the salt, stir them well for one minutes, then remove it away from the oven.
Prepare the spring rolls, and stuff it around 1 table spoon for each roll, then roll them like the method on the bag, and close the edges using the egg that you scrambled with salt, or with flour and watery till you finish it all. Fried those in hot oil on low heat until they got the gold color then put them on the absorbable papers
Arrange them on serving plate and you can serve them with fresh fries and ketchup.

1 Spring roll bag+ onion fine cut + cabbage big cut sliced + 3 pieces shredded carrot + soya sauce + mince parsley + salt+ magi cube + 1/2 bag shrimp
To close the rolls: 3 table spoons flour with water

Method of Preparation

Put in n a pan little oil, then add the onion and stir them for five minutes, then add the cabbage on it with the carrot and stir them well , then add the shrimp, the magi cube , leave it until the water is absorbed, then add the soya sauce and stir well , put the mixer in the filter pot because it’s important that the mixer is dryad cool, then stuff the Spring rolls and close the edges with the water and the flour you mix them together, deep fried them , and serve it…

Small bag spring rolls + carrot + zucchini + onion
Green paper + cabbage + soya sauce
Salt + black pepper + oil

Method of Preparation

Fried all the vegetables (half cooked), so it will be crispy then add the soya sauce, the salt, and the pepper; the salt must be little because the soya is salty.
Keep it until its cold, then stuff the paper with it, deep fried them until they got the gold color, then serve it.
You can serve it with soya sauce for dipping.

Tumis bawang bombay dgn sedikit minyak dan diaduk selama 5menit lalu masukan kubis,worteldan diaduk2 ,lalu masukan udang,magi dan ditinggal sampai sat.lalu masukan kecap lalu diaduk jadi satu ,lalu disaring sampai kering isi bahan di atas ke dlm Spring roll lalu dilipat dan dilem dgn trigu.

Ingredients

Onion cut into cubes
2 spoons hot sauce
1 spoon mince ginger
1/2 glass pea
5 pieces big potatoes boiled and smashed
1 piece hot paper cut
1 table spoon minces coriander
1 table spoon masala
1 table spoon grounded cardamom
Salt
I dough Spring rolls

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion, the ginger, the hot paper for five minutes, then add the boiled potatoes with the salt, and spices, then add the mince coriander, the hot sauce and stir it good, then add the boiled vegetables for two minuets not more, then remove it away, and keep it to cool down.
Take one paper from the Spring rolls then add table spoon at the corner on it, and roll it, then print them with little flour mix with water, and stick them together , then roll them together around the stuffed.
Deep fried them until they roast, then serve it….

1 Glass purple Cabbage + 1 Glass white Cabbage
1 Glass Carrot
1 Glass sweet Paper shredded
1 Glass Lettuce slices
1 Glass cheddar chesses or qashqawan
1 pieces Tomato cut into thin slices
1 Coffee cup sweet Corn
1 Coffee cup sliced Olive
1 Coffee cup lemon (squeeze)
1 tea spoon Salt
1 Coffee cup Mushroom sliced
2 table spoons Mayonnaise + 2 table spoons blue cheese sauce
2 table spoons thousand island sauce + 2 table spoons Olive oil

Method of Preparation

Put all the vegetables in the Pyrex, each kind in layers on top of each other, white cabbage then carrot, the purple one, then tomatoes, corn, ext….
Mix the sauce ingredients together, and put it on the Salad before you serve it…
