Ingredients

1 bag Fillo pastry
250 g mince meat
250 g boiled chicken breast
1 onion fine sliced
1 small chinese noodles boiled
1 big table spoon soya sauce
1 cube magi
1 small spoon black pepper

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion in oil then add the mince meat when its done add the chicken slices and the spices, mix them well for ten minutes, and finally add the boiled Chinese noodles, stir well for fife minuets.
Cut the Fillo pastry into half’s, and stuff it then roll it, and fried it in the oil, and roast it from both side, and serve it…

Ingredients

1 Pack fresh Toast (thick)
5 Eggs + 1 Glass Rusk

Stuffing
Chicken Plate fillet (4 pieces from breast and legs of the chicken)
Magi cub + 1 Tea spoon Salt
2 Onion sliced crunches
3 pieces paper sliced crunches
1 medium spoon Spices + ½ can Crème
2 Table spoon liquid Cheese

Method of Preparation

How to prepare the stuffing:
Boil the chicken in water with salt and the magi cub; add the mix spices (cinnamon + turmeric + cardamom + black pepper) for an hour,
In case you don’t use the boneless chicken remove the bone and the skin , then roast the onion with the paper until they got the gold color , then add the salt ,the spices, and the chicken , stir well , then add the rest of the stuffing ingredients ( crème + cheese ) , stir them for ten minutes , then remove it away from the oven .

How to prepare the toast:
Cut the toast slices by using a big circle cutter , then dip it in the egg , then in the Rusk , FRIED it until it becomes brownish , then cut each one into two , and open from the middle carefully by using the knife , stuffs each piece from the chicken stuff .. Then serve it…

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

بصراحة عملتها وانا قلقانة ما تعجبش الولاد لكن فوجئت انها عجبتهم جدا جدا جدا

حتى الملك فاروق رفض يدوقها ف الاول ولما اجبرناه يدوقها عجبته جدا جدا

المقادير:

4 حبة ط¨ط·ط§ط·ط³ متوسطة بقشرها

1 بياض بيضة

ملح – فلفل اسود – بابريكا – ثوم بودر – زعتر – روزمارى (البهارات والاعشاب اختيارى حسب ذوقك)

الطريقة:

**نغسل البطاطس جيدا ونجففها

**تقطع كل حبة ثمانية وتجفف جيدا جدا على ورق مطبخ

**تخلط بياض البيضة مع الاعشاب والبهارات جيدا

**تخلط البطاطس مع بياض البيض والبهارات وتقلب جيدا لتتغطى بالمزيج

**نتخلص من بواقى بياض البيض ونرصها على ورق زبد مدهون بقليل من زيت الزيتون مع ترك مسافات بسيطة بينها

**يرش سطح البطاطس بقليل جدا من زيت الزيتون ببخاخة ونرش اعشاب عطرية اذا اردنا

**توضع فى فرن مسخن مسبقا 260 م 25-30 دقيقة مع التقليب كل فترة حتى يصبح لونها بنى ذهبى

Sesame for decoration
Cooking oil

Method of Preparation

Melt the casters in a half glass of milk.
Take the rest of the milk and put it in a pan on the oven and add the sugar , when it start boiling add the custard mixture , stir it on medium heat until it start to be thick , then flow it in a glass squares mould and spreader with corn flour inside it , and the service as well.
Put it in the refrigerator, and after that cut it into fingers, and take each one and dip it in the corn flour until you finish it all.
Deep fried them but not in heavy oil so you can flip them.
After that take out and put them on blotter, so the extra oil will be out.
When you finish spread them with sesame and sesame.
