Ingredients

Green pea
Green mince paper
Onion mince
2 big spoons mince coriander
1+1/2 spoon turmeric
Black pepper
Grains black masters

Method of Preparation

Boil the potatoes and the pea, then peel the potatoes, and cut it cubes, heat the oil , and add the masters grain to it, and when they start to open add the cumin, the hot paper , then add the onion, stir it until it got the gold color, then add the turmeric , the coriander , and the cumin.
Stir them quickly, then add the potato and the pea and mix them well.
Take it away from the oven and add to it coriander leafs and stir it well, and leave to cool down.

2 glasses rice+ 3 big spoons lemon+ 1/4 small spoon turmeric+ 1/2 small spoon sugar + salt + 3 big spoons oil + 1 small spoon grains mastered + 1 big spoon yellow chickpeas can
Gain from dried hot red paper

Method of Preparation

Boiled the Rice s usual, then mix the lemon juice with turmeric, salt, and sugar, keep it on side.
Heat he oil in a pan then add the mastered grains, the chickpeas, and the hot paper.
Add the lemon juice mixture with little of water, and you can remove the pepper so it will not be very hot.
Add the Rice to it and stir well until it mixes together and when the water is dry serve it.

1 glass white flour
1/2 tea spoon biking powder
1/2 tea spoon biking soda
1/2 tea spoon carom grains
1 tea spoon melts butter or oil

Stuffing ingredients
1 medium onion small cubes
3/4 glass frozen pea
2 medium potatoes boiled and cubes
4-5 pieces hot green paper small cut
1 tea spoon caraway grains
1 tea spoon grounded cumin
1 tea spoon hot red paper powder
1 medium spoon carry
Salt
Little oil for roasted

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion and the paper in the pan until it start yellow color , then add the pea, the caraway, then the spices, boil the potatoes , and smash it with the fork, add the smash potatoes up the above ingredients and mix it well .
Mix the dough ingredients with the fingers few times, and keep it r 10-15 minutes to rest and cover it with a clean towel, divide the dough into two pieces, and spread out each piece, then with a circle cutter cut a circle, and put the stuffed in it, and flop half of it to cover the stuff, then the other side to have the triangle shape (or any shape).
Deep fried them, and serve it hot with tamarind sauce or smashed hot green salad.

Fish fillet
Indian spices+ coriander + shredded ginger+ shredded garlic+ salt + lemon juice+ hot red paper powder + turmeric+ 2 spoons corn flour melt in glass of water

Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients, then dip the fish in it, and keep it in the refrigerator for two hours or more, after that deep fried them.
Serve it with salad and bread, or with rice (as desire).

500g Chicken breast small squares
1 cans pineapple without its water
2 small yogurt (170g the can weight)
1 spoon carry powder
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon black pepper
1/4 glass flour
Cooking oil

Method of Preparation

Put the flour in a bowel then add the salt, the pepper, the carry, and stir well.
Add the Chicken pieces to flour mixture an stir them Well, fried them in hot oil on medium heat until they becomes gold , then put them on blotter paper.
Grape a bowel and put inside it the yogurt , the chicken, and the pineapple, stir them well , then put them in serving plate and serve it.

1 spoon mince ginger
1/2 glass pea
5 pieces big potatoes boiled and smashed
1 piece hot paper cut
1 table spoon minces coriander
1 table spoon masala
1 table spoon grounded cardamom

I dough Spring rolls

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion, the ginger, the hot paper for five minutes, then add the boiled potatoes with the salt, and spices, then add the mince coriander, the hot sauce and stir it good, then add the boiled vegetables for two minuets not more, then remove it away, and keep it to cool down.
Take one paper from the Spring rolls then add table spoon at the corner on it, and roll it, then print them with little flour mix with water, and stick them together , then roll them together around the stuffed.
Deep fried them until they roast, then serve it….

1/2 tea spoon instant yeast melt in 1/4 warm glass water with1 tea spoon sugar, keep it to double size it and puff
1/2 glass yogurt
1/4 bar melt butter
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 glass milk
Water if need it

Stuffing
Chicken sausage
Small onion slices
1/4 red paper sliced
1/4 green paper sliced
1/4 yellow paper sliced
6-7 fresh mint leaves
Oil to roast the onion

Method of Preparation

After you ball the dough, you can spread out like circle; flip it out 2-3 times quickly on Saj.
Roast the sausage in a an with little oil, then roast the onion in the same an, add the caraway grains, cut the papers, then the mint leafs, put the bread on the Saj, then add the sausage and the stuffing in the middle, then hot sauce, then closed it and press on it while its on Saj until its roasted from the both sides, then serve it.

Ingredients

4 glasses sugar
1 glass water
1 glass corn oil
5 glasses milk powder
1 tea spoon grounded fine cardamom
5 table spoons coconuts

All ingredients measurements must be at the same glass

Method of Preparation

Put the sugar with the water in a medium size and stir it until the sugar is melt and start boiling.
Then add the cardamom and the oil and stir again and when it starts boiling remove it away.
Bring a Pyrex tray and spread the half of the coconuts on the bottom , then add the milk powder directly on sugar mixture and mix it quickly so it will not lumping ( prefer to use wooden spoon ).
Flow it in the Pyrex and straight the service with the spoon then spread the rest of the coconuts , leave it for one hour until it becomes cold, then cut it ( with sharp knife and you can dip it in water so the cut will be easier) before you put it in the refrigerator , then serve it.

Method of Preparation

Heat the oil then add the cardamom , the cinnamon , for one minuets while stir, then add the onion , the ginger, and the garlic, stir them until it got the yellow color, then add on it the tomato paste, and the hot sauce, then add the spices, the salt, and the mince coriander, then add the potatoes.
Cover it with hot water, and leave it for half an hour or less on low heat, then serve it with the rice…

2+1/2 glass wheat flour
1+1/2 glass warm water
2 spoons yogurt
1 spoon butter or margarine

Method of Preparation

Put all the ingredients together and knead with warm water until you have the solid dough. Put the dough in bowel paint with oil, and cover it for one hour.
And after its fermentation press softly with hand on it so the air will go out, then divide the dough from 4-5 balls, then spread it out with pin roll , make the height 1/2 cm, then deep fried them in hot oil and serve it with stew and vegetables.
