1/2small cabbage fine cut
2table spoons soya sauce
Black pepper
Ginger

The dough:
1 glass Flour
Water + salt

Method of Preparation

Mix the meat with the cabbage, the soya sauce, the ginger, and the black pepper
Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, with the salt, and the watery till you have the solid dough, then decided into small balls, then use the pin roll to spread it, after that stuff it then close it like this, and cook it using the steam for fifteen minutes.
Serve it with chilly soya sauce and ginger.

Ingredients

1 onion+ mince garlic + hole chicken (cut) + 1table spoon red hot pepper + Chinese salt(Agni motto) + ginger+ 1bag mix vegetables + 1/2glass Narjeel +1bid spoon soya sauce + 1big spoon ketchup +1/4glass oil.

Method of Preparation

boil all the vegetables in 1/2 glass of water until its cooked, and cover the pot during the boiling, put oil in the pot , then add the onion , the garlic, stir them for five minutes , , then add the chicken , stir until it’s color changed.
Add the nargil, the spices, stir them all together on low heat so they will not burn, then remove it away and add the vegetables, and put it again on oven, stir them for another five minutes…
Serve it with rice…

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion with the ginger for five minutes, then add the meet and leave it until it’s cooked, then add the yogurt on it while you keep stir until t start boiling, then add theater the vegetables ,and the spices and leave it for re minuets, after that you add the Macaroni and leave it for fifteen minutes, then add to it one spoon from the soya sauce and the sesame oil and the meet, when the Macaroni is one turn it off, and put t in the plate and serve it

Steam them until its color start to be transparent, serve it with the soya sauce.

Roast the onion in oil then add the mince meat when its done add the chicken slices and the spices, mix them well for ten minutes, and finally add the boiled Chinese noodles, stir well for fife minuets.
Cut the Fillo pastry into half’s, and stuff it then roll it, and fried it in the oil, and roast it from both side, and serve it…

2bag noodles or spagitti or indomie

Carrot, zucchini, green pea, cucumber small pieces

Method of Preparation

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and spice them with salt, lemon, soya sauce and vinegar.
Grape a pan and put allot from cooking and put it on oven , and after the oil becomes hot add the chicken cubes and stir them until they becomes little roasted then remove it from the oil and keep it on side.
At the same pan you add the mince garlic, the carrot, then the onion, stir them on high heat, then add the zucchini, the pea then stir them again.
Then add the chicken, the cucumber, and the corn.
Then add the sauces ( 1table spoon white vinegar +1table spoon balsamic vinegar + 1table spoon woes ester+ 2table spoons soya sauce+1table spoon catchup+1table spoon tomato paste)then add one glass of water with one table spoon of corn flour melt in it, and slice from the pineapple

and half slice of pineapple small sliced and flop it then cover it on low heat until its cooked, then boil the noodles or the spagitti, or the indomie, after its done wash it with cold water and add the vegetables to it., the serve it.

Ingredients

1/4kg beef meat + small onion + little green onion+ few drops from soya sauce + salt+ oil+ 1smal table spoon shredded ginger + 2 lube garlic+1small table spoon black pepper

Method of Preparation

Roast the green and white onion, then add the meat, the spices, the ginger, the garlic, the soya sauce, and the salt, stir them until they done.
Now boil the potato around 3 big potatoes with salt, and then smash them with two spoons of liquid milk.
Paint the pan with little bread Rusk and butter, then add the half of the potato, then put over it the meat equally, then add the rest of the potatoes.
Put pieces of butter on the top, then put it in the oven (turn it from up and down), for ten minutes, until it’s solid together.
Cut it and serve it after you add the corn, and. Pieces of red paper, and serve it.

20 pieces spring rolls
1 medium carrot peeled and shredded
1/4 glass cabbage cut into fine slices
1/4 glass boiled pea
1/4 glass boiled corn
1/2 medium onion fine mince
1/2 chicken breast
4 table spoons cooking oil
1round vermicelli
(1/2tea spoon Chinese salt (ageno motto
1/2 small spoon white pepper
1 egg to close the dough

Method of Preparation

Boil the chicken breast and fine mince it, then keep it on side.
Broke the vermicelli into medium pieces then boils it, filter it and keep it on side.
Grape a pan and put the onion, the cabbage , the carrot ,and 4 table spoons cooking oil, stir them well for two minutes , then add the chicken and stir again , then add the corn, the pea, the vermicelli , the pepper , and the salt, stir them well for one minutes, then remove it away from the oven.
Prepare the spring rolls, and stuff it around 1 table spoon for each roll, then roll them like the method on the bag, and close the edges using the egg that you scrambled with salt, or with flour and watery till you finish it all. Fried those in hot oil on low heat until they got the gold color then put them on the absorbable papers
Arrange them on serving plate and you can serve them with fresh fries and ketchup.
