Mince meat cooked with mince onion mince lube of garlic+ dash of salt+ 1/4 spoon grounded black pepper
3 table spoons coriander mince roll them like a small balls then dip them in the flour and cover it from all sides, then fried it
Spagitti macaroni + carrot fingers+ green pea cut from the middle+ cold paper sliced+ cabbage medium sliced + zucchini cut like triangles
Fine sliced onion+ 3table spoons soya sauce+ 4tabe spoons ketchup+ +1/2glasswater melt in it 2table spoons corn flour

Method of Preparation

First boil the macaroni in water with salt(as desire) and one cube meet, then stir the onion with little oil, add to it the cabbage , the carrot, the paper, and the zucchini stir them for two minutes, then spice it with 1/4 spoon of black pepper ,dash of salt, and quarter spoon of grounded cumin ,and mince coriander , add four spoons of the ketchup , the three spoons of soya, and the water with corn flour in it, stir them well so it well mix good together for two minutes, then add the boiled meat balls, then the boiled macaroni, stir them for two minutes, then serve it.

1/2 kg bear meet sliced
1/4 glass corn flour
Oil
Little ginger, fresh mince garlic
1/4 glass light soya sauce
1/2 glass water
1/2 glass brown sugar
2 big spoons Chinese rice vinegar
2 green onion cut
1 medium onion cut

Method of Preparation

In a pan put big spoon of oil then add the garlic ,and the ginger until they got the yellow color , then add the soya sauce , the oyster sauce , the sugar , and theater, stir until they melt, and start boiling, then turn the oven off.
In another pan put oil and roast the bear slices for three minutes , then add the both kind of onion , then add the soya sauce , and when it start boiling take it off , and serve it.

Method of Preparation

Wash the fish and the shrimp well, then spice them with (salt+ yogurt+ spices+ garlic+ coriander fine mince+ little mint) put it in the refrigerator for one hour, then dip them in the flour, then directly deep fried them then make the oven low heat, leave it for ten minutes, flop on the other side and keep it for another ten minutes then take it out.
Add little oil then add the onion , stir it well then add the vegetables (Carrot + paper + onion + fresh peeled ginger) and the soya sauce, then add the (1 glass water+ magi cube + 1 table spoon corn flour), stir them well until its done then serve it.

3 eggs
1/2 glass corn flour

2 big spoons white vinegar
3 big spoons soya sauce
1 big spoon corn flour melt in 1/4 glass of water

Method of Preparation

Mix the corn flour with the egg, then dip the chicken pieces in it, then mixes the sauce ingredients and keeps it on side.
Fried the chicken in deep oil, put in the pan two big spoons of oil then add the dried pepper in it for two minutes, then add the chicken and the sauce, until it start to be heavy , then decorate it with sesame, green onion, and then serve it.

Then return it back on the oven with the salt, pepper, and keep it for fife minuets on low heat (you can add water if needed).
Add the noodles and the mushroom and leave it for another ten minutes, decorate it with leek, then serve it.

1 leek sliced +pieces carrot sliced+ 1/2 glass pea + soya bud
1 litter of water

Method of Preparation

Grape a pot and add oil with the chicken, pepper and the salt, stir them well add the leek, the carrot, the pea, stir them well add the water, the soya and the oyster sauce, keep it until its done, then add the soya bud, the vermicelli and keep it until it’s cooked, you can see if the salt is ok or you need to add more, then add the muoc mom sauce, then serve it.

Method of Preparation

spice the fish pieces for fifteen minutes or half an hour, spread big pieces of cabbage in a try with fine slices of onion , then add the fish on it then put the fish on it, put it in the oven and roast it from the both sides .
The cabbage pieces will be have the sauce flow on it from the fish, then add the lettuce slices, and purple cabbage, and pieces of xx then spread the roasted sesame on the top of the fish, and put roasted onion on the rice, and serve it.

Method of Preparation

Boil the broccoli in the water for two menits then chop the vegitables, the brocolli, and the corn. Boil the macaroni until it’s cooked, then add the lemon, mix all together, and then serve it.
