Ingredients

1/2 kg potatoes clean and cut it linearly
Fine cut of rod finger
1/2 small spoon salt

1/2 small spoon soya sauce
2 small spoons corn flour
1 big spoon oil

Sauce ingredients
4 table spoons soya sauce
1+1/2 big spoon sugar
3 small spoons vinegar

Method of Preparation

Mix the cut Chicken with the corn flour, the salt, the black pepper, the oil, and the soya sauce well.
In span put the oil then add the Chicken with the mixture, stir well until it’s cooked, and after that take it and keep it on side, at the same an add the sliced potatoes and the fresh ginger, and stir them every other while until the potatoes start to be done then add the Chicken cubes , stir well .
Mix all the finally sauce ingredients together and add it slowly on the potatoes with the chicken, stir well to absorb the sauce, then add the other half until you finish the all quantity at last you add the sesame, and serve it.

سهل …سريع….خفيف…..فخم………والاهم انه شهى ولذيييييييييييييييييييييييذ ونال اعجاب الجمييييييييييييييييع

المقادير:

1 كيلو دجاج مفروم

3/4 كاس بصل مفروم (بصلة متوسطة تقريبا)

1/2 كاس خبز فينو مفروم

1 ملعقة كبيرة صلصة طماطم او كاتشاب (يفضل كاتشاب ويمكن زيادة الكمية حسب الرغبة)

2 ملعقة صغيرة مستردة

ملح – فلفل ابيض – بهارات حسب الرغبة

1/8 ملعقة صغيرة جوزة الطيب مبشورة (استغنيت عنها بسبب الشك فى امر حلها او حرمتها)

1/8 ملعقة كبيرة وورشسترشاير صوص

2 بياض بيضة

1.5 فص ثوم مفروم

الطريقة:

**يسخن الفرن على 200 م

**يدهن قالب متوسط (الشكل التقليدى هو قالب التوست لكن يمكن استخدام اى قالب حسب الرغبة) ببخاخ الزيت

**تخلط كل المكونات جيدا

**تصب فى القالب المدهون ويسوى السطح (يمكن دهن الوجه كاتشاب او باربكيو صوص)

**توضع فى الفرن ساعة تقريبا حتى ينضج ويختفى اللون الوردى للحم فى قلب الرغيف ويحمر الوجه

**يترك ليبرد قليلا ثم يقلب ويقطع ويزين ويقدم

Ingredients

4 pieces chicken breasts
1 onion slices
2 tomatoes slices
1 cold paper slices
2 Lobs garlic slices

Chicken ingredients
1 yogurt + 2 lobs garlic mince + 1 vinegar + small spoon cumin+ black pepper + soya sauce + salt + spoon of Winchester sauce + dried red paper + paprika)
Corn

For covering: white flour+ Rusk

Method of Preparation

Cut the chicken medium cubes, then put them in a bowel then add the spicy ingredients, and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
Then dip them in the Rusk and flour, then fried them, and keep it on side.
Grape a pan and add Oil in it, then put the onion , the garlic , the tomato, the paper, stir them well , then add big spoon of ketchup , black pepper , and dash of cumin , and half of magi cube, with dash of dried red pepper , stir them , then add the fried cubs chicken .
Cover it and leave it for five minutes, then serve it.

2 boneless chicken breasts
2 big spoons sesame
2 rod green onion cut

Chicken drench ingredients
1 small spoon salt
1 small spoon sesame oil
1/4 small spoon sugar

For covering the chicken
1/2 glass flour
1 small spoon biking powder
1 egg
Salt
Oil

Sauce ingredients
3 big spoons honey
2 big spoons sugar

Method of Preparation

Cut the chicken and drenched them for one hour, then mix the flour, the biking powder, the salt, dip the chicken in the egg, then in the flour until you finish it all, then deep fried them.
Mix the sauce ingredients and put it on the chicken until it start boiling, then turn it off,
Decorate it with sesame, green onion, and then serve it.

Ingredients

(2 glasses washed Rice (Indian gate
1 glass green moth boiled
2 onion cut small + garlic
Oil + 2 spoons margarine

Spicy
Spoon grounded cumin
1/4 small spoon grounded cardamom
2 big spoons mix spices
1/2 small spoon carry
1/4 small spoon grounded coriander

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion with oil, and garlic in the pan, and then add the UN grounded spices (4 bay leafs + black pepper + cardamom + cinnamon) stir them for few minutes.

Then add the Rice with the moth, stir well, then add the spicy spicing, and spoon of vinegar and salt.
Add boiled water on the Rice and make sure to be one cm above the Rice or depend on the Rice kind.
Leave it on high heat until the water is absorbed, then increase the heat, and leave it for 15 minutes.

Cut the boneless Chicken legs, and stir them in oil until the water is dry and roasted a little.
Add the water , the soya , stir them well then add the rest of the ingredients after you cut the radish into circles and cut the onion , the paper into small slices and stir all on high heat.

1 green hot paper fine mince

Method of Preparation

Spice the chicken with paper, cumin, coriander, carry, and turmeric, and half spoon salt, stir well and cover it, leave it on side for half an hour.

Method of Preparation

Mince the onion and the chicken into cubes or slices, then heat the oil in the pan and add the cardamom, the cinnamon, the hot pepper for few minutes.
