1bag boiled macaroni

1can yogurt
2glasses hot water
2table spoons soya sauce
1small sesame oil
300g mixed vegetables half boiled

1small spoon heal

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion with the ginger for five minutes, then add the meet and leave it until it’s cooked, then add the yogurt on it while you keep stir until t start boiling, then add theater the vegetables ,and the spices and leave it for re minuets, after that you add the Macaroni and leave it for fifteen minutes, then add to it one spoon from the soya sauce and the sesame oil and the meet, when the Macaroni is one turn it off, and put t in the plate and serve it

1 can white butter beans

3 rod green onion
3 big spoons fine coriander
1 big spoon tomato paste

1 tea spoon hot red paper
1 tea spoon caraway
1/4 glass water
Oil to roast the onion

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion and the hot paper, then add the caraway grains, then add the pea, and stir, add the tomato, and stir again, after that adds the coriander, the green onion, and the water, stir them again and serve it directly.

1 bag Fillo pastry
250 g mince meat
250 g boiled chicken breast
1 onion fine sliced
1 small chinese noodles boiled
1 big table spoon soya sauce
1 cube magi
1 small spoon black pepper

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion in oil then add the mince meat when its done add the chicken slices and the spices, mix them well for ten minutes, and finally add the boiled Chinese noodles, stir well for fife minuets.
Cut the Fillo pastry into half’s, and stuff it then roll it, and fried it in the oil, and roast it from both side, and serve it…

1 kg Kofta meets spices and parsley and onion
7 onion slices
1 kg tomatoes peeled and squares
1 big spoon tomato paste
1 big spoon ketchup

Method of Preparation

Prepare the Kofta with onion and parsley , shape it like tall fingers using your hands, arrange them in a tray covered with cooking oil, then put it in the oven , then bring the onion slices and roast them in the oil

then add the tomatoes an d cut them, put them on the onion, and add little of the tomato paste, and little from the ketchup, keep it until it start being thick, then take the Kofta out of the oven after it’s done, then flow all the mixture on it to cover it, and return it back in the oven for half an hour or on the fire for fifteen minutes.
Serve it with white rice…

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts sliced and boneless
3 table spoons corn flour
1/2 onion
1 table spoon sesame
2 lube garlic mince
1 table spoon vermicelli
1 table spoon sweet soya sauce
1 table spoon sesame oil table spoon vinegar
2 table spoons sugar
5 table spoons oil
1/4 cucumber cubes

Method of Preparation

Mix the chicken with the corn flour, the soya, and spoon from the vinegar together.
Heat three spoons from the oil and stir the chicken in it from both sides until they got the gold color.
Roast the onion, the garlic, and the ginger in the two spoons from the oil, add to it two spoons from soya, vinegar, and the sugar, then add the chicken you prepared before with one spoon from sesame oil and the cutes cucumber, and stir well, leave it for fifteen minutes.
Roast the vermicelli and put it in the serving plate add flow on it the mixture while it’s hot, and decorated with sesame.

20 pieces spring rolls
1 medium carrot peeled and shredded
1/4 glass cabbage cut into fine slices
1/4 glass boiled pea
1/4 glass boiled corn
1/2 medium onion fine mince
1/2 chicken breast
4 table spoons cooking oil
1round vermicelli
(1/2tea spoon Chinese salt (ageno motto
1/2 small spoon white pepper
1 egg to close the dough

Method of Preparation

Boil the chicken breast and fine mince it, then keep it on side.
Broke the vermicelli into medium pieces then boils it, filter it and keep it on side.
Grape a pan and put the onion, the cabbage , the carrot ,and 4 table spoons cooking oil, stir them well for two minutes , then add the chicken and stir again , then add the corn, the pea, the vermicelli , the pepper , and the salt, stir them well for one minutes, then remove it away from the oven.
Prepare the spring rolls, and stuff it around 1 table spoon for each roll, then roll them like the method on the bag, and close the edges using the egg that you scrambled with salt, or with flour and watery till you finish it all. Fried those in hot oil on low heat until they got the gold color then put them on the absorbable papers
Arrange them on serving plate and you can serve them with fresh fries and ketchup.

1/2nd mince meat
2onion medium sliced
1/2glass pea boiled
1/2glass corn
1/2glass almond shredded
Butter melted
Eggs + 1 scrambled egg
1/2small spoon cinnamon
Spices
Salt + black pepper
Spring rolls leaf
Almond (decoration)

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion in a pan, then add the mince meat and stir all together, cook it will, then add the salt, black pepper, and the cinnamon.
Add the pea, the corn, and the shredded almond to the meat and stir them well, keep it to call down.
Paint a small ball with butter and put two layers from the spring rolls leaf and fill it with the mixture and add one egg, close the leaf, and spread little egg on the top, decorate it with almond.
Bake it in the oven and make sure the heat is medium, so it will cook from inside, and roast from out side…

Mince meat cooked with mince onion mince lube of garlic+ dash of salt+ 1/4 spoon grounded black pepper
3 table spoons coriander mince roll them like a small balls then dip them in the flour and cover it from all sides, then fried it
Spagitti macaroni + carrot fingers+ green pea cut from the middle+ cold paper sliced+ cabbage medium sliced + zucchini cut like triangles
Fine sliced onion+ 3table spoons soya sauce+ 4tabe spoons ketchup+ +1/2glasswater melt in it 2table spoons corn flour

Method of Preparation

First boil the macaroni in water with salt(as desire) and one cube meet, then stir the onion with little oil, add to it the cabbage , the carrot, the paper, and the zucchini stir them for two minutes, then spice it with 1/4 spoon of black pepper ,dash of salt, and quarter spoon of grounded cumin ,and mince coriander , add four spoons of the ketchup , the three spoons of soya, and the water with corn flour in it, stir them well so it well mix good together for two minutes, then add the boiled meat balls, then the boiled macaroni, stir them for two minutes, then serve it.
