Ingredients

6 glasses flour
2 glass water
8 spoons oil
2 eggs
1/2 small spoons salt

Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and knead it for few times until it start being soft, and keep it on side for one hour to rest.
Cut it small pieces and paint each piece with oil, then spread it out very thin, and make it like scroll shape.
Spread each pieces and put it in the pan paint with little oil and flop it on the other side until it’s done.

Ingredients

1 bag Fillo pastry
250 g mince meat
250 g boiled chicken breast
1 onion fine sliced
1 small chinese noodles boiled
1 big table spoon soya sauce
1 cube magi
1 small spoon black pepper

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion in oil then add the mince meat when its done add the chicken slices and the spices, mix them well for ten minutes, and finally add the boiled Chinese noodles, stir well for fife minuets.
Cut the Fillo pastry into half’s, and stuff it then roll it, and fried it in the oil, and roast it from both side, and serve it…

3 glasses Flour + 1 table spoon Yeast + dash of Salt
1/2 tea spoon Biking Soda + ½ table spoon Butter
2 +1/2 table spoon Butter or Margarine
5 table spoons Oil
Caramel Ingredients: 2 tea spoons Cinnamon + 1 glass brown Sugar + 1/2table spoon Butter
10 table spoons Water + 1 glass Almond

Method of Preparation

Mix all the dough ingredients together, until you have a soft pastry, then cover it and leave it for awhile until you prepare the caramel, then divide the pastry into two half’s, then outspread each half like linear shape, mop it with the melt butter and spread the brown sugar, the cinnamon, the walnut on it, and fold it like roll, then cut it .
Cream Caramel Method: mix all the ingredients together , and flow it in the cup cake mould, then spread the walnut on it , then arrange the Cinnamon rolls on the top, put it in medium heat oven until the Cinnamon Balls are done.
Flip it, and serve it…

Ingredients

500g small shrimp peeled, cleaned, and washed
3 rod green onion sliced into circles
Pieces carrot cut into small cubes
1 small glass pea
1/2 tea cup cooking oil +1tea spoon salt
1 small spoon garlic powder
1 tea spoon turmeric+1table spoon grounded ginger

Rice ingredients
1+1/2 glass basmati rice
1 table spoon salt
7 grains cardamom
1/2 tea cup cooking oil Boiling water

Method of Preparation

Wash the rice good with hot water few times, then drench it in hot Waterford 15 minutes, then wash it again with hot water and drain it.
Bring the pressure pot and add the rice, the oil, the salt, and the cardamom. add the hot water to it until it will be around one cm above the rice, then cover it good, and put it on high heat until you hear the weasel voice, the you decrease the heat and leave it from 5-7 min.
During that time prepare a big oven pan add the green onion in it and the oil and stir it for two minutes.
Add the shrimp to the onion and stir them for another two minutes.
Remove the rice away and leave it on side for ten minutes until it absorb the water well before you open the cover.
Add the carrot, the pea to the shrimp, and stir them, then add half cup of boiled water to the shrimp, the salt, the ginger, the garlic, and the turmeric stir them well.
You fried the egg, the carrot, the garlic, and the onion, stir them well, then add the shrimps and stir them well,

Cover the pan with another one at the same size or by aluminum foil, so the steam will not be out, and leave it on low heat for 10 minutes to absorb the water, and then remove it, and this how it looks after ten mentis.
Remove the cover and how is the rice look.
Remove the heal from the rice , then add it to the shrimp mix , and stir good so the shrimp will be mix with the rice , put it in the serving plate and serve it..

Green cold paper
Carrot + cabbage

Method of Preparation

Cut the green paper, the cabbage, the carrot, the pee, and the green onion into slices, then add little oil to them, add little from the salt, the soya sauce, and the Agino motto, stir them until they almost cooked. In another pan fried the eggs with little salt, pepper, stir until it’s done , then boil the rice, then add the vegetables , stir well and keep it on the oven then add the fried egg to it, then serve it.

Ingredients

1 Kg tomato (fine mince)
1 Onion (fine mince)
1+1/2 parcel Parsley (fine mince)
½ parcel Mint (fine mince)
3 Glass Egyptian Rice (Drenched in water at least for one hour)
Salt + White pepper
½ Glass Olive oil
3 pieces of Lemon (squeeze)
1 Kg GRAPE LEAVES (Dawally)
2 pieces Potatoes (wide sliced)

Method of Preparation

Boil the GRAPE LEAVES in hot water for few minutes, and then mix all the ingredients together (except the potatoes, lemon and the olive oil).
Grape a pot and cover the bottom WITH the potato slices , then start rapping the LEAVES as usual , start arrange them in the put , then add the water on them and little salt , and leave it on the oven.
Noting: At the beginning let the oven on high temperature when you put the pan on it, then when it start boiling decrees it to low heat and cover the pan..
Before it’s done (the water is drained completely) like 10-15 min add the lemon sauce and the olive oil… and serve it…

Method of Preparation

Cut the POTATO into small pieces and leave it in water for twenty minutes, then mix all the ingredients except (onion + paper) in a ball, mix it and cover it WITH a bag on side…
Cut the onion, the paper into small pieces, and add it to the dough, and knead it again, and leave it to yeasting.
Then take a small from the dough, and put small piece from the POTATO inside it and round it in your hand, then fried it in oil.

(2 glasses washed Rice (Indian gate
1 glass green moth boiled
2 onion cut small + garlic
Oil + 2 spoons margarine

Spicy
Spoon grounded cumin
1/4 small spoon grounded cardamom
2 big spoons mix spices
1/2 small spoon carry
1/4 small spoon grounded coriander

Method of Preparation

Roast the onion with oil, and garlic in the pan, and then add the UN grounded spices (4 bay leafs + black pepper + cardamom + cinnamon) stir them for few minutes.

Then add the Rice with the moth, stir well, then add the spicy spicing, and spoon of vinegar and salt.
Add boiled water on the Rice and make sure to be one cm above the Rice or depend on the Rice kind.
Leave it on high heat until the water is absorbed, then increase the heat, and leave it for 15 minutes.

The method of cutting the chicken
Wash the chicken and cut it as well, then put it teffal pan then add the onion on it then add the garlic, the green onion, the potato, and the cold sliced paper.
(Then spread the spices on chicken ( mix spices + cumin+ carry + mince red pepper + black pepper + grounded coriander + cinnamon + bay leafs + magi cubes + dash of salt + Agni motto + lemon
The add boiled water until you cover the chicken , then covet it with aluminum foil , then put it in the oven or on it on high heat until it’s cooked , and the water is dried , and the chicken is roasted from down , and serve it…
